Aramanis Damai 3-bedroom Villa & Aramanis Indah 3-bedroom Villa
This spacious, as new 3 bedroom villa is located within the security of a quiet compound in the center of Seminyak. Gloriously hidden away in a secluded cul-de-sac this holiday home is far enough removed from the hustle and bustle but close enough for an easy walk to all the action.
Villa Luna Seminyak is the ideal choice for families with young children because the interior (unlike many Bali villas) is totally enclosed, meaning the little ones can be kept safely away from the pool at night. During the day, however, the numerous glass doors can be opened merging the tropical outdoors with the rest of the house. A combination of airconditioning and ceiling fans cool all the interior areas and the atmosphere of the house with its high ceilings is enticingly cool, light bright and airy.
Living Areas
Entered through an imposing wooden door, guests immediately alight upon an elegantly decorated living area. Deep, comfortable cream sofas invite you to take the weight off, settle back and spend an evening with the latest blockbuster. Enclosed by glass walls and kept separate from the dining/ kitchen this gives a sense of complete light and space.
The kitchen has a black marble breakfast bar and is furnished with all the modern conveniences you would expect including a large double fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, hob, and oven. Configured to be the sociable hub of the house this is a great space to hang out in even if no actual cooking is taking place. As well as the breakfast bar there is a large 6 seater dining table so even if you are dishing up from takeaway cartons your dining experience is sure to feel sophisticated.
Visible and accessible through the floor to ceiling windows which wrap around this side of the villa is the generous private pool area. This is complete with wooden decking, loungers and a further sofa set in a covered nook. Of course, this charming outdoor area is the place that the all families gravitate too and spend the majority of their time. Additionally, at one end of the pool is a small air-conditioned office which can be utilised by the adults. High-speed Wifi is available throughout.
Accommodation
The master bedroom is a generous size and comprises a king size bed, masses of storage and a TV with a DVD player. Moreover, is has a glamorous ensuite with an outdoor shower room and an indoor stone bathroom and a separate WC.
Further to this, the villa has 2 good size double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms. Both of these are furnished in a minimalist style with plenty of cupboard space and flat-screen TVs. Every comfort is taken care of, so all you have to do is relax and take it easy.
Staff
Our local villa managers are fountains of knowledge about the island and have the inside tack on how Bali works. This can really help to plan your trips and make your time here very special indeed. Also, prepare to be blown away by the charming two staff team that will take care of you and the daily housekeeping during your stay. Particularly of note is the great breakfast served in the villa which comes either fully cooked, as a healthy option or with pancakes for kids.
