There are 5 Luxury beachfront villas in Bali, located in hidden Canggu village. Pantai Lima is an exclusive estate of luxury villas approached through 4 km of rice fields and built right on the beachfront at Pererenan, an unspoilt fishing community. It’s only a short drive north of Seminyak, Bali’s centre of sophisticated shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Pantai Lima’s five villas are individually designed and completely different one from another. They successfully blend Balinese and Javanese nuances with the latest in western creature comforts to provide relaxed but luxurious surroundings.

Wedding Information

Small Event

  • Guest : 30 – 50 guests * (varies for each villas)
  • Function fee: 2500++
  • Local Community fee: IDR 6.000.000 (around USD 500)
  • Minimum 1 villa
  • Minimum booking 3 nighs in low season, 5 nights in high season and 7 nights in peak season
  • If only renting / event in Ambra, minimum booking 4 nights in low season
  • Sound System, DJ or live music are allowed with a max of 2,000 watts for small events

Large Event

  • Guest : 80 guests (Mary is recommended as venue host)
  • Function fee: 3000++
  • Local Community fee: IDR 6.000.000 (around USD 500)
  • Minimum booking 3 nighs in low season, 5 nights in high season and 7 nights in peak season
  • If only renting / event in Ambra, minimum booking 4 nights in low season
  • Must book whole complex
  • Sound System, DJ or live music are allowed 5,000 watts for large events.

Restriction:

  • No fireworks permitted in a circle of 500 meter from the property. Paper candle lanterns or Thai wishing lanterns are not permitted. Fire dancers may be permitted after approval by the management.
  • Music Curfew is 12:00 midnight, no extension possible

  • Four of the villas are right on the water’s edge, while the fifth is set back against the rice fields and has great views of the ocean as well as the the river at its side– just a minute walk to the beach via a short boardwalk.
  • Headed by a villa manager, every villa at Pantai Lima has its own dedicated staff to ensure a hassle-free holiday, including its own team of chefs and butlers.
  • Shared facilities at Pantai Lima Estate include a tennis court with night-lighting, a gym with a variety of fitness equipment, and a 250 square metre seminar room.
